We will help you choose the best legal structure for your new business.  We will explain to you the advantages and disadvantages of each business form in terms of tax efficiency, cost effectiveness, and ease of administration to enable you to make the right decision for you.  If you need a partnership agreement we can help you write it. If you need a limited company we will set it up for you. If you chose to be a sole trader we can register the business with HMRC.
